Sedona Arizona

We’ve never been here before but everyone raves about it so we thought we would try out Sedona.

There are not many routes in or out of the area and it seems very isolated when driving in because you have to go through many long and steep curves do get into town. But as you get closer and closer the sights really start to stand out and you quickly understand why it is so popular.

Definitely recommend getting a hotel or resort that is higher up so you can have good views from your room when you are having the morning coffee.

In some ways it seems like a tourist trap and other ways it just seems like a artist kind of enclave. The Mystic Crystals magical themes are very dominant here in the area for sure.

You definitely have to go for a hike or an off road trip into the mountains to get the best views.

I highly recommend you go in the afternoons because as the sun starts to set that is when the colors stand out.

When the sun goes down it’s amazing the pictures you can get.

There are lots of little parks that you can visit the in walk to or hike to if you do research and you do not need to find a guide for each and every location.

This was a nice little park in Temple that was very popular and is only a few minutes away from Main Street.

It is amazing that you can just walk a few minutes away from the main roads and you have amazing views to everything.

This was a medicine wheel that was popular by the local tribe in healing in the nearby park.

So much history here and you can even walk along or hike along the original wagon trail. This was one of the historical stops that they used.

And I even found where they connected the Internet because they had fiber channel back then as well.
